What should I do to prepare my home?
Vacuum your high traffic areas before we arrive, if possible.
Remove breakable items such as tabletop lamps and brick‐a‐brack during the cleaning process.
Remove as many small pieces of furniture as possible, such as dining chairs, ottomans, and small tables from the areas you plan to have us clean.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We never use lye in our cleaner as some companies do. Every cleaner we use is pet and child friendly.
Will there be any residue left over?
We pretreat all carpets that we clean. After pretreatment, we deodorize and then steam clean. Because we pretreat your carpet, there will be no residue left behind.
How long will our carpet take to dry?
You will usually want to wait 3-5 hours for the carpet to completely dry. This time fluctuates based on the conditions in your home such as humidity and temperature.
How long will it take you to clean 3 rooms?
Less than 1 hour. We have speedy but thorough, professional technicians.
